One Day at a Time

When life throws you a "curve-ball" it can be really hard to get back on top of it all. It's like you are juggling 20 balls just fine and then that curve ball took you by surprise and sent them all flying every direction. Most people try to juggle all 20 at the same time again and it doesn't work. You have to start with one, then add in another and another until you are back where you were before.

 

Scheduling is the key to your success and how you get back to "juggling" all the things you need to. Start simple with one or two tasks and build from there.

 

In this vlog episode we go through really easy and doable way of starting to get back to life and on your path to successfully being your best self.
