WHAT IS HEALTH COACHING
Health coaching is goal-based, action steps, and internal exploration with an accountability partner who does not prescribe supplements or make a specific diet/exercise plan for you.
Coaches help you lean into your own intuition, knowledge of your own self, and teaches you how to problem solve the best approach for yourself.

WHAT IS A DIETICIAN
A dietician has a degree in nutrition and disease. They can prescribe supplements and make meal plans to help the management and treatment of disease. Dieticians have strict government regulations to follow and abide by. They can diagnose and are covered by insurance.
I am not a dietician. As a health coach I can give you information, recipes, and an exercise plans and teach you how to make the best decisions for your self as you learn to shift your mindset around your body and food which helps you maintian success in the long run.
WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF HAVING A HEALTH COACH?
Trying to stay on track alone can be really difficult and frustrating. It can be hard to see your weaknesses or problem solve for yourself.
Having a Health Coach is like having your own personal cheerleader, accountability partner, and internal mirror in your pocket so you can have a greater chance of success in losing weight and maintaining it. Your Health Coach is neutral and will tell you like it is in a helpful way when your friends or family might not. They help you think outside the box.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO PAY A HEALTH COACH GENERALLY?
Expect to pay between $60-$150/session/weekly for a typical health coach and not even have access to digital app tracking.
